PRICING STRUCTURE:
Registration Deposit: R5 000.00 (EFT only)
Buyers Commission: 5% plus VAT on the hammer price
VAT payable on bidding amount.
Vehicle Documentation Fee: R1000.00 plus VAT per vehicle with RC1 or VDC document.
PAYMENT:
Invoicing will be done within 24 hours after closing of the auction.
Payment must be done within 24 hours after issuing of the invoice.
Failure to pay within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the deposit and lots being put up for sale again.
ALL costs associated with the removal of any items are for the bidder.
Cash Deposits into our bank account will attract an administration fee of 2%.
On clearance of payments in the auctioneer’s account, the buyer will receive a removal certificate to present to the site representative for loading.
DISPATCHING TIMES:
ALL lots must be removed on 4 and 7 December 2020 between 8h00 and 15h00 daily.
NOTICE:
Every lot will be sold as is, with no guarantees or warrantees, express or implied.
All information regarding the lots in the buyer’s guide are statements of opinions only and shall never imply any guarantee as to the correctness or completeness of any information supplied either verbally or in writing about any lot.
Every person at the site before, during and after the auction sale shall be deemed to be there at his or her own risk with notice of the condition of the premises, the activities on the premises and the conduct of third parties and any registered bidder shall so advise his agents and employees.
No persons shall have any claim against the auctioneers, their agents, employees or principals for any injuries sustained, nor for damages to or loss of property which may occur from any cause whatsoever.
It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to view the assets before bidding and to familiarise him or herself with the assets being bought.

FICA REQUIREMENTS:
If purchasing in your personal capacity, a copy of ID and recent (not older than 3 months) proof of residence is required;
If purchasing in your company name a copy of company registration form CM1 or CK1, CM46, CM9, a utility bill & CM29 or Resolution from company authorising representative to bid is required.
If purchasing where the person is not a RSA citizen, a copy of passport and proof of residence if living in RSA is required.
